2019 EVENT SUBMISSION FORM

Below you may submit your event to be included in the 2019 First Week Florida Digital Guide schedule. If submitting multiple events, please submit each event individually. Events must take place during the designated dates of FWF and align with the goals of the program.

 

Summer B Dates: July 2 to 9
Fall Dates: August 15 to 23

 

Please complete all fields on the submission form. Once submitted, your event will be reviewed. If approved, your event will appear on the online event calendar and may be added to our printed materials.

 

SUBMISSION INFORMATION AND DEADLINES

If submitting your program for the Summer B events please submit your program ASAP to be eligible for inclusion on the events calendar.

 

All approved events will be posted to the online event calendar regardless of when they are submitted.

 

First Week Florida Event Submission

  • Please keep the description to 2-3 sentences. Give the highlights of what students can expect when they attend. Make it catchy and exciting!
  • This is not required but if you have a website that you would like to have included in the guides please place this information here.
  • The digital guide gives a lot of room to include a custom header for your specific event. This does not have to include the date and time but simply a cool picture or look that goes along with the event. You are able to upload either a jpg or png file. If one is not uploaded then a default UF one will be used. Pixel Size: 640 Wide x 240 Tall
